穴位敷贴联合早期康复治疗对脑卒中偏瘫患者的疗效及QOL评分影响分析

摘　　要：目的研究穴位敷贴联合早期康复疗法对脑卒中偏瘫患者的临床效果以及对QOL评分的影响.方法选择2021年1月-2023年10月院内收治的80例脑卒中偏瘫患者,按照随机数字表法分组,对照组(n=40)实施早期康复治疗,观察组(n=40)以对照组为基础,实施穴位敷贴治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后血清细胞因子水平、运动功能、神经功能、生活质量、生活能力及治疗总有效率.结果治疗前,两组患者的血清细胞因子水平、运动功能及神经功能、生活质量、生活能力评分比较,差异不显著(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组患者的血清细胞因子水平、运动功能、神经功能、生活质量、生活能力评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论脑卒中偏瘫患者通过穴位敷贴联合早期康复治疗,可提升其临床效果以及生活质量评分,值得推广.Objective To study the clinical effect of acupoint application combined with early rehabilitation therapy on stroke hemiplegic patients and its impact on QOL score.Methods 80 stroke hemiplegic patients admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to October 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=40)received early rehabilitation treatment,while the observation group(n=40)received acupoint application treatment based on the control group.The serum cytokine levels,sports function,neurological function,quality of life,life ability,and overall treatment efficacy between two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared.Results Before treatment,the serum cytokine levels of the two groups of patients were measured,sports function,comparison of neurological function,quality of life,and ability of life scores(P>0.05),and observation of serum cytokine levels in patients in the observation group after treatment,sports function,the neurological function,quality of life,and ability of life scores were all better than those of the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of various treatments in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application combined with early rehabilitation treatment can improve the clinical efficacy and quality of life score of stroke hemiplegic patients,which is worth promoting.
