摘 要:目的探讨基于"混合式教(导)+学"的"医学统计学"课程思政教学方案的应用效果.方法秉持课程思政建构准则,构建思政教学案例,并通过"混合式教(导)+学"模式进行课堂实施.选择贵州医科大学221名临床医学专业本科生为研究对象,按班级不同分为研究组(n=111)与常规组(n=110),常规组采用传统的教学模式进行教学,而研究组则采用"混合式教(导)+学"模式进行教学,分析比较两组的思政教学效果.结果通过对比得出,研究组学生的课程思政构建内容执行路径匹配度(88.13±12.26)%、教学内容匹配度(86.94±11.81)%以及示范性案例匹配度(89.96±12.63)%均较常规组高(P<0.05);研究组学生在课程思政教学环节的参与时间比例(57.84±9.27)%、出勤率(83.54±10.08)%及完成任务比例(93.62±13.25)%均较常规组高(P<0.05);两组学生的民族情怀评分、职业精神评分均无明显差异(P>0.05),研究组学生的道德修养评分(90.05±15.18)较常规组高(P<0.05).结论基于"混合式教(导)+学"模式构建"医学统计学"课程思政教学实施方案,从教学内容设计、教学方法创新、教学资源整合以及教学效果评价等方面,取得了一定的课程思想政治建设成效,进而增强了课程结构与专业人才教育基准的匹配度,激励学生加入课程思政教学实践活动.Objective Based on the"mixed teaching(guidance)+learning"ideological and political teaching scheme of"Medical Statistics"course,to study its application effect in the course ideological and political teaching.Methods Adhering to the principles of ideological and political construction of curriculum,we constructed ideological and political teaching cases,and carried out the classroom implementation through"mixed teaching(guidance)+learning"mode.A total of 221 undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine in our school were selected as the research objects and divided into research group(n=111)and conventional group(n=110)according to different classes.The conventional group adopted the traditional teaching mode for teaching,while the research group adopted the"mixed teaching(guidance)+learning"mode for teaching,and analyzed and compared the ideological and political teaching effects of the two groups.Results Through comparison,the matching degree of implementation path of curriculum ideological and political construction content(88.13±12.26)%,the matching degree of teaching content(86.94±11.81)%and the matching degree of demonstration case(89.96±12.63)%were higher in the study group than in the conventional group(P<0.05).The participation time ratio(57.84±9.27)%,attendance rate(83.54±10.08)%and task completion ratio(93.62±13.25)%of students in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of national feelings and professional spirit between the two groups(P>0.05),and the scores of moral accomplishment in the study group(90.05±15.18)were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the"mixed teaching(guidance)+learning"model,the implementation plan of ideological and political teaching of"Medical Statistics"course was constructed,and certain results were achieved in the ideological and political construction of the course from the aspects of teaching content design,teaching method innovation,teaching resour
