摘 要:以科大讯飞和东软为案例研究对象,挖掘企业基于数字化能力构建开发智能解决方案的内在机制。研究发现:企业进行智能解决方案开发时通常面临来自需求维和技术维的双重压力,企业可以遵循面向需求认知和面向技术设计的行动逻辑来构建数字化能力以推动智能解决方案开发。具体而言,基于数字化能力构建的智能解决方案开发过程表现为技术驱动型和业务驱动型的差异性特征,且分别遵循串联式互补机制和并联式协奏机制,串联式互补机制强调构建开发智能解决方案所需数字化能力时,核心企业与参与主体之间“唇齿相依”的协作互补关系,并通过独特互补和强化互补的互补行为实现;并联式协奏机制强调构建开发智能解决方案所需数字化能力时,核心企业与参与主体之间“此呼彼应”的联结互动关系,并通过交互协奏和整合协奏的协奏行为实现。研究发现能够补充以往研究对智能解决方案开发探讨不足所造成的理论缺口,通过提炼企业基于数字化能力构建实现智能解决方案开发的内在逻辑,贡献于对智能解决方案开发实现路径理解的不断深化。It took iFLYTEK and Neusoft as the research objects to explore the inherent mechanism of smart solution development through building digital capabilities.When developing smart solutions,enterprises face dual pressures from both demand and technology dimensions.In this situation,enterprises follow a demand-oriented cognitive and technology-oriented design logic of action to build digital capabilities to promote the development of smart solutions.The development process of smart solutions based on digital capabilities is characterized by differences driven by technology and business needs.The development mechanism is refined into the tandem complementary and the parallel orchestration mechanism to build the required digital capabilities.The former emphasizes the cooperative and complementary relationship of“lips and teeth”,and is realized through behaviors of unique complementarity and enhanced complementarity.The latter emphasizes the connection and interaction of“echoing each other”between the core enterprises and the participating subjects,and is realized through interactive and integrated orchestration behaviors.The findings supplements the theoretical gap caused by the insufficient exploration of smart solution development in previous studies,and contributes to the continuous deepening of the understanding of digital innovation implementation path by refining the internal logic of enterprises’smart solution development through building digital capabilities.
