甘露特钠联合抗癫痫药物治疗阿尔茨海默病伴发癫痫及痴呆行为精神症状患者一例

摘　　要：目的 探究阿尔茨海默病(AD)伴发癫痫及痴呆行为精神症状(BPSD)患者的用药选择。方法 报道1例患者男性71岁,根据临床、影像学及既往史诊断为AD合并癫痫及BPSD,应用甘露特钠、左乙拉西坦联合治疗。结果 本例患者应用甘露特钠联合抗癫痫药物治疗后,在抗癫痫、改善认知功能、精神行为异常方面取得良好疗效。结论 甘露特钠联合抗癫药药物治疗AD合并癫痫及BPSD患者有较好的疗效及较高的安全性。Objective To explore the medication selection for patients with Alzheimer's disease(AD)with epilepsy and dementia behavioral and psychiatric symptoms(BPSD).Methods A 71 year old male patient was reported,diagnosed with AD combined with epilepsy and BPSD based on clinical,radiography,and history.The patient was treated with a combination of sodium oligomannate and levetiracetam.Results After the application of sodium oligomannate combined with antiepilepsy drugs,good therapeutic effects were achieved in anti epilepsy,improvement of cognitive function,and mental and behavioral abnormalities.Conclusion The combination of sodium oligomannate and antiepilepsy drugs has good efficacy and high safety in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease patients with epilepsy and dementia behavioral and psychiatric symptoms.
