摘 要:近年来,物流行业在现代科技的驱动下飞速发展,行业需求与人才供给上的错位和人才短缺等问题逐渐显现。通过分析社会物流总额结构和就业人数分布揭示物流行业结构发展和人才需求趋势,通过爬取某招聘网站物流行业的招聘信息,挖掘物流行业不同职位类型对学历和任职要求的特点。结合产业能力模型设计物流行业岗位技能与岗位能力,通过建立岗位能力与人才培养内容之间的联系倒推人才培养目标,以期提高物流人才需求侧与供给侧的匹配度。In recent years,the logistics industry has been rapidly developing under the drive of modern technology.Issues such as the mismatch between industry demand and talent supply,as well as talent shortage,have gradually emerged.This article reveals the development of the logistics industry structure and talent demand trends by analyzing the structure of social logistics total and the distribution of employment numbers.It also explores the characteristics of different job types in the logistics industry in terms of education and job requirements by scraping recruitment information from some website.By combining the industrial capability model,it designs the skills and capabilities required for logistics industry positions and establishes the connection between job capabilities and talent development content,in order to reverse deduce talent development goals and improve the matching degree between logistics talent demand and supply.
