摘 要:高等职业院校的立德树人,离不开课堂教育教学管理这个主阵地。课堂教学管理中学生自律能力的培养是每位教师应重点考虑的问题。根据相关研究发现,高职院校自律能力较强的学生对自己的未来有较为明晰的认识和规划,其顺利达到自己设定的人生目标的概率也较大。鉴于此,基于高职院校课堂教学管理制度基础视角下,分析和探讨了高职院校“经济应用数学”课课堂教育教学管理中学生自律能力的培养策略和采取的相应措施,继而为不断提高高职学生的综合素质打下坚实的基础。Building morality and cultivating talents of higher vocational colleges is inseparable from the main battlefield of classroom education and teaching management.The cultivation of students’self-discipline ability in classroom teaching management is a key issue that every teacher should consider.According to relevant research findings,students with strong self-discipline ability in vocational colleges have a clearer understanding and planning of their future,and correspondingly,they are more likely to successfully achieve their life goals.In view of this,based on the basic perspective of the classroom teaching management system in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes and discusses the training strategies and corresponding measures for the students’selfdiscipline ability in the classroom education and teaching management of applied mathematics in Economics in higher vocational colleges,and then lays a solid foundation for continuously improving the comprehensive quality of higher vocational students.
