摘　　要：随着抗菌药物种类增多和抗生素处方数量的增加,广泛的抗菌素耐药性传播成了一个日益严重的卫生保健问题,对细菌感染的有效治疗带来巨大挑战。目前,对于耐药性检测结果的准确性判断控制的研究相对较少。本文从人员、设施与环境、设备和试剂、样本采集及运送、检验过程和检验后过程6个方面,对动物源细菌耐药性检测实验室需要注意的质量控制问题进行了详细的讲解,不仅保证了实验达到生物安全的要求,同时也保证了实验数据的真实可靠。为不同实验室间实验过程的准确度、试剂的可靠性和操作的正确性提供了指导方向,为后续的数据统计分析提供了准确、合理、规范的基础数据,进而能够真实反映耐药性现状的要求。With the increase in the variety of antibiotics and the number of antibiotic prescriptions,the widespread spread of antibiotic resistance has become an increasingly serious healthcare problem,posing great challenges to the effective treatment of bacterial infections.There is relatively little research on the accuracy judgment and control of antibiotic resistance monitoring results.This article provides a detailed explanation of the quality control issues that need to be paid attention to in antibiotic resistance testing laboratories of animal derived bacterial resistance from six aspects:personnel,facilities and environment,equipment and reagents,sample collection and transportation,testing process,and post testing process.This not only ensures that biological safety requirements are met during the experimental process,but also ensures the authenticity and reliability of data.This provides guidance on the accuracy of inter laboratory testing processes,the reliability of reagents,and the correctness of operations,providing accurate,reasonable,and standardized basic data for subsequent data statistical analysis,in order to achieve the requirement of truly reflecting the current situation of drug resistance.
