摘 要:油基钻井液因具有抗高温、抗盐钙侵、润滑性好、利于井壁稳定而在钻井中应用广泛,研究了在油基钻井液中加入不同质量分数(0.5%~2%)SiO_(2)纳米流体对其黏度、流变性能、滤失性、摩阻性等性能的影响。结果表明,在油基钻井液中加入纳米颗粒对钻井液的性能有明显影响,即使纳米流体质量分数较低,油基钻井液的物理化学参数也会明显改善,表明纳米颗粒的应用可成为改进油基钻井液性能的研究方向。Oil-based drilling fluid is widely used in drilling due to its high-temperature resistance,resistance to salt and calcium invasion,good lubricity,and benefits for wellbore stability.The effects of adding different mass fractions(0.5%-2%) of SiO_(2) nanofluid to oil-based drilling fluid on its viscosity,rheological properties,filtration loss,friction and other properties are studied.The results indicate that the addition of nanoparticles to oil-based drilling fluid has a significant impact on the performance of the drilling fluid.Even at low nanofluid mass fractions,the physical and chemical parameters of oil-based drilling fluid will be significantly improved,indicating that the application of nanoparticles can become the research direction for improving the performance of oil-based drilling fluid.
