摘　　要：通过讨论如何加强劳动教育的理论与实践结合,优化“新文科”人才培养的教学模式以及构建劳动教育与“新文科”人才培养的协同机制,得出劳动教育与“新文科”人才培养的结合需要从教育理念、教学方法、教学内容等多个方面入手,不断探索和创新,通过实践基地、师资培训、先进教育技术和手段等方式,提高学生的实践能力和创新思维,进而可以提高学生的综合素质和就业竞争力,促进学校与社会的紧密联系。By di scussing how to strengthen the combination of theory and practice in labor education,optimize the teaching mode of talent cultivation in"new liberal arts",and build a collaborative mechanism between labor education and talent cultivation in"new liberal arts",it is concluded that the combination of labor education and the cultivation of"new liberal arts"talents needs to start from many aspects such as educational philosophy,teaching methods,teaching content,etc.,and constantly explore and innovate,so as to improve students′practical ability and innovative thinking through practice bases,teacher training,advanced educational technologies and means,etc.,so as to improve students′comprehensive quality and employment competitiveness,and promote the close connection between schools and society.
