摘 要:研究目的:探索低乳酸强度有氧训练对赛艇运动员测功仪成绩的影响。研究方法:招募了浙江省队赛艇运动员30人,所有运动员完成8周的低乳酸强度有氧运动干预,干预前后为运动员测试2km和5km的测功仪,并记录成绩,将干预后成绩与干预前成绩进行对比、并用SPSS配对t检验进行分析。结果:运动干预后运动员2km、5km测功仪平均成绩都得到提高,运动干预前后赛艇运动员测功仪2km成绩无显著性差异,干预前后赛艇运动员测功仪5km成绩有显著性差异。结论:低乳酸强度有氧训练对长期进行2km训练的赛艇运动员来说不能提高2km测功仪的成绩,但对很少参加长距离有氧练习的赛艇运动员来说可以提高5km测功仪的成绩。Purpose:This study aims to find out the influence of low lactate intensity aerobic training on the performance of rowing ergometers among rowers.Method:This study recruited 30 rowers from the rowing team in Zhejiang province,all the athletes got through an 8-week low lactate intensity intervention.Tested their performance in 2km-and 5km-rowing ergometer testing before and after the intervention.Compared the results after the intervention with the results before the intervention,and ran paired-t testing through SPSS.Results:An 8-week low lactate intensity aerobic intervention led to the improve of both 2km and 5km rowing ergometer performance;the improve of 2km rowing ergometer was not significant;the improve of 5km rowing ergometer was significant.Conclusions:This low lactate intensity aerobic intervention does not have a significant benefit on the 2km rowing ergometer test among rowers who already trained 2km for a long time,but it has a significant benefit on the 5km rowing ergometer test among rowers who seldom have long distance training.
