摘  要:煤矿无轨胶轮车精确定位是实现车辆调度的重要基础。基于UWB超宽带定位技术设计了无轨胶轮车定位系统,并将其应用到工程实践中。首先对UWB超宽带定位技术进行概述,介绍了定位的基本原理。对定位系统整体方案及系统主要功能进行设计,系统整体分为井上和井下两大部分,上下部分之间基于光纤环网进行数据传输。对车载终端和读卡器的硬件选型进行设计,以上2个装置使用的控制器均为STM32F407芯片。对定位系统的初始化程序,软件程序主要流程,定位服务程序进行了分析。通过工程应用发现系统具有很高的定位精度,应用系统后煤矿无轨胶轮车工作效率大幅度提升,在应用的1 a时间内没有出现安全事故。Accurate positioning of trackless rubber-tyred vehicles in coal mines is an important foundation for achieving vehicle scheduling.Designs a trackless rubber-tyred vehicle positioning system based on UWB ultra wideband positioning technology,and applies it to engineering practice.Firstly,the UWB ultra wideband positioning technology is summarized,and the basic principles of positioning are introduced.The overall scheme and main functions of the positioning system are designed.The system is divided into two parts:the upper and lower parts,and data transmission between the upper and lower parts is based on an optical fiber ring network.The hardware selection of the vehicle terminal and card reader is designed.The controllers used for the above two devices are STM32F407 chips.The initialization program of the positioning system,the main flow of the software program,and the positioning service program are analyzed.Through engineering application,it is found that the system has high positioning accuracy.After the application of the system,the working efficiency of coal mine trackless rubber tyred vehicles has greatly improved,and no safety accidents have occurred within one year of application.
