摘　　要：观察报道1例沙利度胺治疗小肠血管畸形所致顽固性消化道出血患者的临床疗效、不良反应。分析其病例临床特点、诊疗方案,并对维持时间进行探讨,患者取得了满意治疗效果。通过学习该病例,提高对该病的认识及诊治水平,以减少消化道出血的机会。Observations report on the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of Thalidomide in treating a patient with persistent gastrointestinal bleeding due to vascular malformation of the small intestine.This report analyzed the clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment plan of the case,and discussing the maintenance time,the patient eventually achieved satisfactory treatment outcomes.Through studying this case,we aim to enhance understanding and improving the diagnosis and treatment of this condition,thereby reducing the occurrence of gastrointestinal bleeding.
