摘　　要：结直肠癌(colorectal cancer, CRC)发病率和死亡率逐年上升,影响着大众的健康。锯齿状途径是CRC发生的重要途径之一,在CRC的进展过程中扮演重要角色。其中锯齿状病变因2010年前缺乏统一病理诊断标准、内镜下易忽视、易与无恶变可能的息肉混淆等,检出率较低。但其易进展为具有BRAF突变、CpG岛甲基化表型、微卫星不稳定性的右半结肠癌,且检出时多处于晚期,患者预后不佳,成为近期研究热点。近年来微生物诱发CRC的研究成为热点之一,据报道具核梭杆菌是促进CRC的重要微生物之一,已有研究表明具核梭杆菌通过炎症通路促进锯齿状病变的进展。研究具核梭杆菌在炎症信号通路中对锯齿状病变的影响,可为疾病指导预后和治疗决策。The morbidity and mortality of colorectal cancer(CRC)have been increasing year by year,affecting the public health.The serrated pathway is one of the important pathways of CRC and plays a significant role in the progression of CRC.Among them,serrated lesions have a low detection rate due to the lack of unified pathological diagnostic criteria before 2010,their easy oversight during endoscopy,and the potenital confusion with non-malignant polyps.However,they are prone to progress into right side colon cancer with BRAF mutation,CpG island methylation phenotype and microsatellite instability,often diagnosed at an advanced stage with poor prognosis,making them a recent research hotspot.In recent years,studies on microbiata-inducted CRC have become a hot topic.It has been reported that Fusobacterium nucleatum is one of the important microorganisms promoting CRC.Studies have shown that Fusobacterium nucleatum promotes the progression of serrated lesions through inflammatory pathways.Research on the impact of Fusobacterium nucleatum on serrated lesions in the inflammatory signaling pathway can guide prognosis and treatment decisions for the disease.
