高校博士后思想政治工作现状与对策——基于江苏省12所高校的调查

摘  要:博士后是高校人才队伍的重要组成部分,思想政治工作对博士后队伍建设具有十分重要的意义。针对江苏省12所高校博士后的问卷调查显示,目前博士后思想状态整体向好,但也存在一些问题,由于存在个体差异性,博士后思想呈现多样化态势,高校在博士后思想政治工作中机制不畅、内容形式固化等问题,导致博士后思想政治工作成效不明显。因此,高校应健全机制,形成工作合力;强基固本,优化内容供给;与时俱进,创新工作方法;以人为本,营造宽松氛围,推进博士后思想政治工作高质量发展。Postdoctoral fellows are an important component of the talent pool in universities,and ideological and political work is of great significance to the construction of the postdoctoral team.A survey on postdoctoral fellows from 12 universities in Jiangsu Province shows that the overall ideological status of the postdoctoral team is improving,but there are also some problems.Due to individual differences,postdoctoral ideas are showing a diversified trend,and universities have problems with smooth mechanisms and fixed content forms in postdoctoral ideological and political work,resulting in less significant results in postdoctoral ideological and political work.Therefore,universities should establish mechanisms and form a working force,strengthen the foundation and optimize content supply,keep up with the times and innovate work methods,putting people first,create a relaxed atmosphere,and promote the high-quality development of postdoctoral ideological and political work.
