基于益肾化瘀汤的活血化瘀联合胸腺法新对晚期宫颈癌化疗后肾间质损害的影响及免疫调节

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于益肾化瘀汤的活血化瘀联合胸腺法新对晚期宫颈癌化疗后肾间质损害的影响及免疫调节效果。方法:选取我院2020年10月到2023年10月收治的80例晚期宫颈癌化疗后肾间质损害患者,分为观察组与对照组,各40例。所有患者均采取含铂化疗方案,对照组应用胸腺法,观察组应用益肾化瘀汤联合胸腺法,对比两组患者治疗前后肾功能指标变化,免疫功能变化,对比两组患者化疗不良反应发生率,最后分别在治疗前后采用WHOQOL-100评估生存质量。结果:治疗后两组患者SCr、BUN、β2-MG、Cys C水平均降低,观察组较对照组低(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)和CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)数值、IgM、IgG、IgA水平均降低,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者心功能损害、肝功能损害、发热、胃肠道反应、血红蛋白降低、血小板减少、骨髓抑制相关化疗不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者WHOQOL-100相关评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于益肾化瘀汤的活血化瘀联合胸腺法新可改善晚期宫颈癌化疗后肾间质损害患者的肾功能,且可产生免疫调节作用,改善患者免疫功能,降低其他化疗不良反应发生率,提升患者生存质量。Objective:To explore the effect of the combination of activating blood circulation and removing stasis with thymic method based on Yishen Huayu Tang on renal interstitial damage after chemotherapy in advanced cervical cancer and its immunomodulatory effect.Method:80 patients with renal interstitial damage after chemotherapy for advanced cervical cancer admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to October 2023 were selected.They were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 40 cases.All patients were treated with platinum containing chemotherapy,while the control group was treated with thymic method.The observation group was treated with Yishen Huayu Tang combined with thymic method.The changes in renal function indicators and immune function before and Post-treatment were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of chemotherapy adverse reactions was compared between the two groups,Finally,the quality of life of the two groups of patients was evaluated using the WHO QOL-100 before and Post-treatment.Result:Post-treatment,the levels of SCr,BUN,β2-MG,and CysC were decreased in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);Post-treatment,the CD4^(+),CD3^(+),and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)values,IgM,IgG,and IgA levels of the two groups of patients decreased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of chemotherapy adverse reactions related to heart function impairment,liver function impairment,fever,gastrointestinal reactions,decreased hemoglobin,thrombocytopenia,and bone marrow suppression in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);Post-treatment,the WHOQOL-100 related scores of both groups of patients increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Huoxue Huayu and thymus therapy based on Yishen Huayu Tang can improve the renal function of patients with renal interstitial damage after chemotherapy for advanced cervical cancer,and can produce immu
