摘　　要：目的探讨早期吸吮及吞咽功能训练结合抚触疗法对早产儿身心发育及睡眠质量的影响。方法选取2019年12月至2022年12月我科收治的87例早产儿为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组(43例)和观察组(44例)。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上予以早期吸吮及吞咽功能训练结合抚触疗法。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的头围、身长及体质量大于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的粗大运动发育商(GMQ)、精细运动发育商(FMQ)及总体运动发育商(TMQ)评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预1、2、4周后,观察组的睡眠时间长于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的喂养不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期吸吮及吞咽功能训练结合抚触疗法能提高早产儿身体发育指标,改善运动发育情况,延长睡眠时间,也能减少喂养不良反应,值得推广。Objective To explore the effects of early sucking and swallowing function training combined with touch therapy on physical and mental development and sleep quality of premature infants.Methods A total of 87 premature infants admitted in our department from December 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.The premature infants were divided into control group(43 cases)and observation group(44 cases)by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given early sucking and swallowing function training combined with touch therapy on the basis of routine nursing.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the head circumference,body length and body weight of the observation group were greater than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of gross motor quotient(GMQ),fine motor quotient(FMQ)and total motor quotient(TMQ)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 1,2 and 4 weeks of intervention,the sleep time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of feeding adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early sucking and swallowing function training combined with touch therapy can improve the physical development indexes of premature infants,improve motor development,prolong sleep time,and reduce feeding adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion.
