公共利益价值取向下高校学生评价中优绩主义的超越

摘  要:优绩主义通过有效数据抉择出赢家与输家,形成优绩至上的高校学生评价理念。在不断的过度竞争中造成学生重知轻德、重智轻能,伴随个人主义盛行,放大了学生的自我责任,造成学生道德情感上的扭曲与公共价值观的缺失,导致学生的发展难以整全。基于公共利益价值取向,高校学生评价的发展需要跳出唯数据论,坚持以人为本,淡化绝对输赢,减少优绩主义带来的竞争暴政,重塑高校学生评价发展观。Meritocracy selects winners and losers through effective data,and form the evaluation concept of college students that puts merit above all else.In the continuous excessive competition,the evaluation causes students to value knowledge more than morali-ty,intelligence more than ability,and along with the prevalence of individualism,it magnifies students'self-responsibility,resulting in the distortion of students'moral emotions and the lack of public values,which makes it difficult for students'development to be complete.Based on the value orientation of the public interest,the development of the evaluation of college students needs to jump out of the data-only theory,adhere to the people-oriented approach,dilute the absolute winning or losing,reduce the competition tyran-ny brought about by meritocracy,and reshape the development of the evaluation concept of college students.
