摘　　要：1960年代,台北地区明星咖啡馆不仅是流亡俄侨的解馋之地,也是本地作家创作思考的避风港。在冷战及“戒严”政策的背景下,明星咖啡馆的存续取决于店家经营模式、食客的喜好及社会氛围的变化,外来文化与本地文化也在此形成一种微妙的平衡。尽管罗织罪名的白色恐怖依旧存在,蒋经国夫妇的光顾却让冷战氛围下的“美苏关系”出现例外状态,从而为台湾地区当代文学的发展提供沃土。明星咖啡馆催生出一方涉及权力、话语和味觉经验的特殊场域,在70年后的今天,依然为人所惦记。On the streets of Taipei,China in the 1960s,Astoria was not only a caféwhere exiled Russians could satisfy their cravings for home-style cuisine,but also a haven for local writers to produce literary works.Against the backdrop of the cold war and martial law in Taiwan region,the existence of Astoria relied on the business model of the proprietors,the preferences of patrons,and the shifts in social atmosphere.Here,the delicate balance between foreign and local cultures created a unique cultural space.Despite the ongoing White Terror,the patronage of Chiang Ching-kuo and his wife rendered the“US-Soviet”relationship exceptional within the Cold War context,providing fertile ground for the development of contemporary Taiwan's region literature.The birth of Astoria,along with its location and customers,created a unique environment of power,discourse,and sensory experiences that has been remembered for nearly seventy years to this day.
