摘 要:Alzheimer's disease(AD)is a prevalent neurodegenerative disease characterized by cognitive decline in the early stage.Mild cognitive impairment(MCI)is considered as an intermediate stage between normal aging and AD.In recent years,studies related to resting-state functional MRI(rs-fMRI)indicated that the occurrence and development process of MCI and AD might be closely linked to spontaneous brain activity and alterations in functional connectivity among brain regions,and rs-fMRI could provide important reference for specific diagnosis and early treatment of MCI and AD.The research progresses of rs-fMRI for MCI and AD were reviewed in this article.阿尔茨海默病(AD)为常见神经退行性疾病,早期主要表现为认知能力下降;轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)是介于正常衰老与AD之间的过渡状态。近年来,静息态功能MRI(rs-fMRI)相关研究揭示了MCI及AD发生、发展过程可能与脑区自发活动及脑区间功能连接变化密切相关,而rs-fMRI可为特异性诊断及早期治疗MCI及AD提供重要参考。本文就rs-fMRI用于MCI及AD研究进展进行综述。
