摘　　要：肝豆状核变性是由于ATP7B基因突变导致的遗传性铜代谢障碍性疾病,临床表现复杂多变,病因和发病机制亦十分复杂,属于极少数经过规范治疗可以取得较好临床效果的疑难罕见病。目前西医被广泛运用在临床上的驱铜药[例如D-青霉胺、二巯丙磺钠等]虽可在一定程度上改善患者的相关症状,但存在过敏、异质性等问题,且长期运用后可增加不良反应的发生率。鲍远程教授拥有56年的从事中医事业的经验,他不仅被誉为国家级名老中医,还是国家中医药管理局重点专科专病学术带头人,并且在他的研究团队里担任着重要的职位。他的临床经验十分丰富,他擅长将传统的中医理论与现代的诊断技巧相融合,能有效地治疗肝豆状核变性、痴呆、睡眠障碍、帕金森病、脑血管病和眩晕等疾病。鲍教授指出,铜毒是导致这种疾病的主要原因,且在疾病发展过程中易致瘀、致湿、致痰。故以清热解毒、祛痰化瘀、通腑利尿为原则,使用肝豆灵汤核心方加减来进行治疗。Hepatolenticular degeneration is a hereditary copper metabolism disorder caused by ATP7B gene mu-tation. Its clinical manifestations are complex and varied, and its etiology and pathogenesis are also very complex. It is one of the few rare and difficult diseases that can achieve good clinical results through standardized treatment. At present, copper-removing drugs widely used in clinical practice by Western medicine such as D-penicillamine, so-dium dithiopropanesulfonate, etc. can improve patients’ related symptoms to a certain extent, but there are problems such as allergy and heterogeneity, and long-term use can increase the incidence of adverse reactions. Professor BAO Yuancheng has 56 years of experience in traditional Chinese medicine. He is not only known as a national famous tra-ditional Chinese medicine doctor, but also a key specialty and disease academic leader of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and he holds an important position in his research team. He has rich clinical experience. He is good at integrating traditional Chinese medicine theory with modern diagnostic techniques, and can effectively treat diseases such as hepatolenticular degeneration, dementia, sleep disorders, Parkinson’s disease, cerebrovascular disease and vertigo. Professor BAO Yuancheng pointed out that copper toxicity is the main cause of this disease, and it is easy to cause blood stasis, dampness, and phlegm during the development of the disease. Therefore, the treatment is based on the principle of clearing away heat and detoxification, removing phlegm and removing blood stasis, and pro-moting bowel movement and diuresis, and the core formula of Gandouling Decoction is modified for treatment.
