摘　　要：目的探讨积极增益理论指导心理护理干预在子宫肌瘤患者护理中的应用价值。方法收集2022年7月至2023年7月在我院接受子宫肌瘤切除术治疗的198例患者为研究对象,参照随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各99例。对照组患者接受围手术期常规护理,观察组患者在围手术期常规护理基础上加入积极增益理论指导心理护理干预。对比两组患者的负面情绪、希望水平及护理满意度。结果出院当日,观察组患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的Herth希望量表(HHI)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。出院当日,观察组护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论积极增益理论指导心理护理干预可帮助子宫肌瘤切除术患者缓解围手术期负面情绪、提升希望水平,且在改善护患关系、提升护理满意度方面也有积极的作用。Objective To explore the application value of psychological nursing intervention guided by positive gain theory in the nursing of patients with uterine fibroids.Methods A total of 198 patients who received hysteromyectomy in our hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were collected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group,with 99 cases in each group,according to random number table method.The control group received perioperative routine nursing,and the observation group added positive gain theory to guide psychological nursing intervention on the basis of perioperative routine nursing.The negative emotion,hope level and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results On the day of discharge,the scores of self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The Herth Hope Scale(HHI)score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).On the day of discharge,the total satisfaction rate of nursing of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Psychological nursing intervention guided by positive gain theory can help patients with hysteromyomectomy relieve perioperative negative emotions,enhance hope level,and also play a positive role in improving nurse-patient relationship and nursing satisfaction.
