双指数导向干预联合压力与应激理论护理甲状腺癌手术患者的研究

摘　　要：目的分析本文研究对象采取双指数导向干预联合压力与应激理论护理实施结果。方法选择我院2020年1月至2023年1月接收的120例甲状腺癌手术患者为研究对象,将其按照抛硬币方式分组,分为对照组(采用常规护理)与观察组(采用双指数导向干预联合压力与应激理论护理),每组60例。对比两组心理弹性、应对方式、嗓音障碍、咽喉反流症状、SF-36评分及护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组心理弹性评分、面对评分、SF-36评分高于对照组,屈服评分、回避评分、嗓音障碍评分、咽喉反流症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论双指数导向干预联合压力与应激理论护理在甲状腺癌手术中作用较大,能够改善术后嗓音障碍,咽喉反流症状,改善心理状况和应对方式,提高生活质量,从而获得患者护理满意评价。Objective The results of the study subjects who adopted the dual index guided intervention and the nursing implementation of stress and stress theory were analyzed.Methods One hundred and twenty patients who underwent thyroid cancer surgery in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 60 patients in each group,and received routine nursing care,dual index guided intervention combined with stress and stress theory nursing care.Compare the psychological resilience,coping strategies,voice disorders,symptoms of pharyngeal reflux,SF-36 scores,and nursing satisfaction between two groups.Results After nursing,the observation group had higher scores in psychological resilience,faced,and SF-36 than the control group,while the surrender score,avoidance score,voice disorder score,and pharyngeal reflux symptom score were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of dual index guided intervention and stress theory has a significant effect on nursing thyroid cancer surgery.It can improve postoperative voice disorders,pharyngeal reflux symptoms,improve psychological status and coping strategies,and enhance quality of life,thereby obtaining patient nursing satisfaction evaluation.
