立体定向仪联合颅内血肿清除术对高血压脑出血患者术后并发症及神经功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探究立体定向仪联合颅内血肿清除术对高血压脑出血患者术后并发症及神经功能的影响。方法选取2023年1月至2024年1月本院收治的80例高血压脑出血患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各40例,对两组患者的均开展颅内血肿清除术,其中对照组采用简易定位颅内血肿清除术,试验组采用立体定向下颅内血肿清除术,对比两组患者的相关临床指标。结果试验组患者的神经功能、日常生活评分及手术指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组炎性因子水平指标及并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过立体定向仪结合颅内血肿清除术的方式能够有效改善患者的神经功能,让患者的术后并发症得到减少,有效保障患者的预后水平。Objective To explore the effect of stereotactic apparatus combined with removal of intracranial hematoma on postoperative complications and neurological function in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 80 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as research objects and divided into control group and experimental group with 40 cases in each group by random number table method.Intracranial hematoma removal was performed on both groups of patients,and simple localization combined with intracranial hematoma removal was performed on the control group.The experimental group was treated with stereotactic apparatus combined with removal of intracranial hematoma,and the related clinical indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The neurological function,daily life scores and surgical indexes of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The inflammatory factor level and complication rate in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Stereotactic instrument combined with intracranial hematoma removal can effectively improve the patient's neurological function,reduce the patient's postoperative complications,and effectively ensure the prognosis of the patient.
