新癀片糊剂联合牙周基础治疗对慢性牙周炎患者临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评估新癀片糊剂联合牙周基础治疗对慢性牙周炎临床疗效。方法选取我科2022年4月至2023年6月门诊收治的慢性牙周炎患者120例,依据随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各60例。对照组在牙周基础治疗龈下刮治操作后,用双氧水冲洗,放置碘甘油于牙周袋内;观察组在牙周基础治疗龈下刮治操作后,用双氧水冲洗,放置新癀片糊剂于牙周袋内。统计分析两组牙周指数、术后24 h VRS评分、临床疗效。结果两组患者龈下刮治术前的PD、BI、GI、BOP、AL、牙齿松动度之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),龈下刮治术后3个月、6个月,观察组患者的PD、BI、GI、BOP、AL、牙齿松动度均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的术后24 h VRS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论新癀片糊剂联合牙周基础治疗能更加有效地杀灭牙周致病菌,减轻患者治疗后的疼痛,促进牙周组织的愈合。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Xinhuang tablet paste combined with periodontal basic treatment on chronic periodontitis.Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic periodontitis admitted to the outpatient department of our department from April 2022 to June 2023 were divided into control group and observation group with 60 patients in each group according to the random number table method.The control group was rinsed with hydrogen peroxide after subgingival curetting,and iodine glycerin was placed in periodontal pocket.The observation group was rinsed with hydrogen peroxide and placed Xinhuang tablet paste in periodontal pocket after periodontal basic treatment subgingival curettage operation.The periodontal index,postoperative 24 hours VRS score,and clinical efficacy of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results There were no significant differences in PD,BI,GI,BOP,AL,tooth mobility between the two groups before subgingival scaling(P>0.05).At 3 months and 6 months after subgingival scaling,PD,BI,GI,BOP,AL,tooth mobility and root fork in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The VRS score 24 hours after operation in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Xinhuang tablet paste combined with periodontal basic treatment can kill periodontal pathogens more effectively,reduce the pain of patients after treatment,and promote the healing of periodontal tissue.
