依达拉奉联合阿加曲班治疗急性脑梗死的效果

摘　　要：目的探究急性脑梗死(ACI)治疗时选择联合依达拉奉联合阿加曲班的作用。方法取我院2022年1月至2022年12月就诊的ACI患者196例,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各98例。对照组为依达拉奉药物治疗,观察组为依达拉奉+阿加曲班药物治疗,分析组间疗效,并对比Barthel指数量表(BI)评分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、凝血功能、血管内皮功能、炎性因子、不良反应。结果观察组整体疗效较对照组高(P<0.05),经治疗,观察组BI评分较对照组更高(P<0.05)。而对比NIHSS评分,观察组较对照组低(P<0.05)。TT对比,观察组较对照组更高(P<0.05),APTT分析,观察组数值较对照组更低(P<0.05)。VEGF、FMD、NO数值分析,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。对比ET-1,观察组数值较对照组低(P<0.05)。组间不良反应分析P>0.05。结论ACI治疗时选择依达拉奉联合阿加曲班,对比单一给药,联合用药疗效更佳,可使抗凝效果增强,血管内皮功能受损减轻,神经功能改善,日常生活能力提高,具较高安全性。Objective To explore the effect of combining edaravone with agattriban in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods A total of 196 ACI patients treated in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 98 cases each.The control group was treated with edaravone,and the observation group was treated with edaravone+agattriban.The intergroup efficacy was analyzed,and the Barthel index scale(BI)score,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,coagulation function,vascular endothelial function,inflammatory factors,and adverse reactions were compared.Results The overall curative effect of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,BI score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).NIHSS score in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).By TT comparison,the value of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).By APTT analysis,the value of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The numerical analysis of VEGF,FMD and NO in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Compared with ET-1,the value of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Adverse reaction analysis among groups P>0.05.Conclusions In the treatment of ACI,edaravone combined with agattriban has better efficacy than single administration,which can enhance anticoagulant effect,reduce inflammatory response,reduce vascular endothelial function damage,improve nerve function and enhance daily living ability,with high safety,which can be implemented and used for reference.
