缪刺法联合浅针治疗周围性面瘫后遗症的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨对周围性面瘫后遗症患者采用缪刺法联合浅针治疗的效果。方法选取2022年7月至2023年7月我院收治的60例周围性面瘫后遗症患者,按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组30例。对照组患者采取单独浅针治疗,研究组患者采用缪刺法联合浅针治疗。对两组周围性面瘫后遗症患者治疗总有效率、治疗前后面神经功能评级、躯体及社会生活功能评分、中医症状积分改善情况及安全性进行对比分析。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前面神经功能评级、躯体及社会生活功能评分、中医症状积分相比无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组面神经功能评级、躯体及社会生活功能评分、中医症状积分优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者晕针、滞针、断针、出针后血肿等不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论缪刺法联合浅针治疗周围性面瘫后遗症具有良好的临床疗效,与单独浅针治疗相比更有利于改善面神经功能评级、躯体及社会生活功能评分、中医症状积分,提高病情治疗总体疗效,并提高治疗的安全性。Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with shallow acupuncture on sequelae of peripheral facial palsy.Methods Sixty patients with sequelae of peripheral facial palsy treated in our hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were se:ected and divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with shallow acupuncture alone,and the study group was treated with puncture combined with shallow acupuncture.The total effective rate,facial nerve function rating,physical and social life function score,TCM symptom score improvement and safety of the two groups of peripheral facial palsy sequelae patients were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between the two groups in neurological function rating,physical and social life function score and Chinese medicine symptom score before treatment(P>0.05),after treatment,the facial nerve function rating,physical and social life function score and TCM symptom score of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events such as needle fainting,needle stagnation,broken needle and hematoma after needle withdrawal in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Myoacupuncture combined with shallow acupuncture has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of sequelae of peripheral facial palsy.Compared with shallow acupuncture alone,it is more beneficial to improve facial nerve function rating,physical and social life function score,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,improve the overall curative effect of treatment,and improve the safety of treatment.
