摘 要:为研究高校人力资源管理专业学生选择该专业的动机及职业规划情况,通过多种统计分析方法了解学生的态度与观点。描述性统计结果显示,学生对人力资源管理专业的兴趣普遍较高,表现出一致的积极态度,正态性检验发现部分问题的回答不符合正态分布属性,方差齐性检验发现来自城市与乡镇的学生在部分问题的回答上存在显著的差异,独立样本t检验发现来自城市与乡镇的学生在人力资源管理专业是否具有良好职业发展前景、对未来工作的内容与挑战是否具有清晰认识、是否计划在大学毕业后立即就业等问题上存在显著差异。基于以上分析,建议高校针对不同地区学生的需求提供个性化的职业规划指导服务,优化人力资源管理专业的课程设置,以提升学生的学习成绩与职业发展潜力。In order to study the motivation and career planning of college students majoring in human resource management,the study analyzes the attitudes and views of students with a variety of statistical analysis methods.Descriptive statistics find that students generally have a high interest in human resource management,showing a consistent positive attitude.The normality test finds that the answers to some questions do not conform to the normal distribution property.The homogeneity test of variance finds that there is significant differences among students from cities and towns in their answers to some questions.Independent sample t test finds that there are significant differences between urban and rural students in terms of whether they have a good career development prospect in human resource management,whether they have a clear understanding of the content and challenges of their future work,and whether they plan to find employment immediately after graduation.Based on the analysis above,it is suggested that colleges and universities should provide personalized career planning guidance services according to the needs of students in different regions,optimize the curriculum of human resource management majors,and improve students’academic performance and career development potential.
