摘　　要：文章探讨了基于风险管理的高校人事档案保护策略,在风险识别中重点分析了流程风险、内容风险、人员素质风险、信息安全风险和操作风险,在风险预防与减轻策略中提出了针对这些风险可采取的有效应对措施。在风险传递与转移策略以及风险应对与处理策略中探讨如何进一步完善档案保护策略。文章强调了高校在人事档案管理中采用科学风险管理方法的重要性,旨在保障档案的完整性、准确性和安全性,确保教职工的权益并提升管理效率。Exploring risk management-based strategies for safeguarding personnel archives in colleges and universities,this research critically examines several risk categories:procedural,content-related,staff competency,information security,and operational risks.Effective countermeasures for these risks are proposed,focusing on prevention and mitigation.The study also examines the transfer and management of risks,emphasizing response and handling strategies.Highlighting the necessity of applying scientific risk management methodologies in personnel archives administration,the research aims to ensure the integrity,accuracy,and security of the archives,thereby protecting the rights and interests of academic staff and boosting administrative efficiency.
