我国社区口腔卫生服务发展历程与现状分析

摘　　要：口腔疾病已成为我国一类严重的非传染性疾病。随着经济的快速发展和国家医疗卫生政策的不断改革,社区口腔卫生服务作为关键的基层医疗卫生服务,其发展始终受到国家的高度关注。文章通过回顾我国社区口腔卫生服务的发展历程,分析其现状及面临的主要挑战,并从加强口腔健康宣教和社区口腔医学人才团队建设、提升社区口腔卫生服务质量、促进多部门统筹协作等方面提出适合我国社区口腔卫生服务的发展策略,以期指导我国社区口腔医学及社区口腔医疗机构卫生服务事业健康发展。Oral diseases have become a serious non-communicable disease in China.With the rapid development of the economy and continuous reforms in national medical and health policies,community oral health services,as a crucial part of primary healthcare,have always received much attention from the government.This article reviews the development history of community oral health services in China,analyzes their current status and the main challenges faced,and proposes strategies suitable for the development of community oral health services in China.These strategies include strengthening oral health education,building teams of community oral medicine professionals,enhancing the quality of community oral health services,and promoting multi-sectoral coordination and cooperation.The aim is to guide the healthy development of community oral medicine and community dental healthcare services in China.
