摘　　要：唇腭裂患者是龋病、牙周病、中耳炎、上下呼吸道感染等疾病的易感人群,其健康状况受到广泛关注。口腔微生物在唇腭裂患者易感疾病的发生、发展中扮演着重要角色,同时其也影响唇腭裂手术的预后,甚至序列治疗效果。目前研究发现,唇腭裂患者与健康人群相比,其口腔微生物群落组成具有明显差异性,且变形链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌等口腔常见微生物的丰度显著高于健康人群。防治唇腭裂的易感疾病及术后感染对临床工作具有重要意义。文章就口腔微生物与唇腭裂及唇腭裂患者易感疾病的相关性研究进展做一综述,以期为唇腭裂患者易感疾病的临床防治及合理用药提供参考。Patients with cleft lip and palate are susceptible population of tooth decay,periodontal disease,otitis media,upper and lower respiratory tract infection,and their health has gained wide attention.Oral microbiota plays an important role in the occurrence and development of susceptible diseases in patients with cleft lip and palate,and it also affects the prognosis of cleft lip and palate surgery and even the effect of sequential treatment.At present,the study has found cleft lip and palate patients,compared with healthy people,have obviously different oral microbial community composition,and the abundance of Streptococcus mutans,Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans is significantly higher than that of healthy people.It is of great significance to prevent and treat the susceptible diseases and postoperative infection of cleft lip and palate.This article reviews the research progress in the relationship of oral microbiota with cleft lip and palate and susceptible diseases in patients with cleft lip and palate,so as to provide reference for clinical prevention and treatment of susceptible disease of cleft lip and palate and rational drug use.
