摘 要:黄河流域资源型城市作为我国区域高质量发展的重点区域,其生态福利绩效水平对实现区域可持续性发展具有重要意义。论文运用Super-SBM模型对2010—2020年黄河流域资源型城市生态福利绩效水平进行测度,进而运用核密度分析、冷热点分析、椭圆分析等方法对生态福利绩效时空分布特征进一步分析,最后运用面板Tobit模型对其影响因素进行探究。研究发现:(1)2010—2020年黄河流域资源型城市生态福利绩效整体水平有所上升,呈现逐年波动提高的趋势。(2)黄河流域资源型城市生态福利绩效冷点城市多集中于山西省与河南省,热点城市集中于山东省。(3)黄河流域资源型城市空间重心向东南迁移,标准差椭圆长轴标准差增加,短轴标准差减少。(4)黄河流域资源型城市生态福利绩效受产业结构、开放程度、环境保护程度等多方面因素共同影响。厘清黄河流域资源型城市生态福利绩效时空特征及其驱动机制,有利于实现城市高质量转型与区域绿色发展,为生态文明建设提供参考。The resource-based cities in the Yellow River Basin are the key areas of high-quality regional development in China,and their ecological welfare performance is of great significance for realizing regional sustainable development.In this paper,the Super-SBM model is used to measure the ecological welfare performance of resource-based cities in the Yellow River Basin from 2010 to 2020,and then the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of ecological welfare performance are further analyzed by kernel density analysis,cold hot spot analysis,ellipse analysis and other methods.Finally,the panel Tobit model is used to explore the influencing factors.The results show that:(1)The overall level of ecological welfare performance of resource-based cities in the Yellow River Basin has increased from 2010 to 2020,showing a trend of year by year fluctuation.(2)The ecological welfare performance of resource-based cities in the Yellow River Basin is mainly concentrated in Shanxi Province and Henan Province,while the hot cities are concentrated in Shandong Province.(3)The spatial center of gravity of resource-based cities in the Yellow River Basin migrates to the southeast,and the standard deviation of the main axis of the ellipse increases,while the standard deviation of the short axis decreases.(4)The ecological welfare performance of resource-based cities in the Yellow River Basin is affected by many factors,such as industrial structure,degree of openness,and degree of environmental protection.Clarifying the temporal and spatial characteristics of ecological welfare performance of resource-based cities in the Yellow River Basin and its driving mechanism is conducive to realizing high-quality urban transformation and regional green development,and providing references for ecological civilization construction.
