摘 要:制造企业物流成熟度评价体系的构建及应用是一个重要的研究领域,涉及到对制造企业物流系统的全面评价和优化。文中综述了物流成熟度评价体系的构建方法、评价指标和模型应用等方面的研究进展,并探讨了物流成熟度评价体系在制造企业中的应用前景。通过对物流成熟度的评价和优化,制造企业可以提升物流效率、降低成本、增强客户满意度,从而提高竞争力和市场份额。该研究进一步为制造企业物流管理提供了理论支持和实践指导,对于提升物流管理水平和推动企业可持续发展具有重要意义。The construction and application of logistics maturity evaluation system of manufacturing enterprises is an important research field,which involves the comprehensive evaluation and optimization of logistics system of manufacturing enterprises.This paper summarizes the research progress in the construction method,evaluation index and model application of logistics maturity evaluation system,and discusses the application prospect of logistics maturity evaluation system in manufacturing enterprises.Through the evaluation and optimization of logistics maturity,manufacturing enterprises can improve logistics efficiency,reduce costs and enhance customer satisfaction,thus improving competitiveness and market share.This paper further provides theoretical support and practical guidance for logistics management of manufacturing enterprises,which is of great significance for promoting the level of logistics management and the sustainable development of enterprises.
