摘　　要：上颌后牙区牙缺失导致的牙槽嵴吸收以及上颌窦的气化,造成上颌后牙区骨量不足,常通过上颌窦底提升进行骨增量。上颌窦黏骨膜穿孔是侧壁开窗上颌窦底提升中最常见的并发症之一,穿孔后如何进行修补,不同修补方式产生的影响各不相同,本文将对侧壁开窗上颌窦底提升中上颌窦黏骨膜穿孔不同修补方式进行综述,以期为临床医生提供一定参考。Maxillary posterior tooth loss can lead to resorption of the alveolar ridge and continuous pneumatization of the maxillary sinus,resulting in insufficient bone quantity in the maxillary posterior region.Maxillary sinus floor elevation is a technique for augmenting the maxillary posterior region.Maxillary sinus mucoperiosteum perforation is one of the most common complications in the lateral window technique for sinus floor elevation.How to repair the perforation and the effects of different repair methods vary.This article reviews the different repair methods for maxillary sinus mucoperiosteum perforation in the lateral window technique for sinus floor elevation,aiming to provide some reference for clinical practitioners.
