摘 要:本实验使用顶空-固相微萃取-便携式气相色谱质谱联用仪分析水中14种半挥发性有机物。实验对固相微萃取条件优化,使14种半挥发性有机物在2~20μg/L范围内具有较好的线性关系,线性相关系数r≥0.99。方法的精密度在3.6%~12.7%之间,检出限为0.39~1.33μg/L,加标回收率在80.0%~118.9%范围内。该方法简单快速且具有较高的精密度,适合在应急监测时对水中多种半挥发性有机物进行定性和定量分析。14 kinds of semi-volatile organic compounds in water were analyzed by headspace-solid phase microextraction and portable gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The optimal conditions of solid phase microextraction showed that 14 kinds of semi-volatile organic compounds had a good linear relationship in the range of 2~20 μg/L with linear correlation coefficient r≥0.99.The precision of the method ranged from 3.6% to 12.7%,the detection limit was 0.39 to 1.33 μg/L,and the recoveries were 80.0% to 118.9%.The method was simple,rapid and had high precision,which was suitable for qualitative and quantitative analysis of many semi-volatile organic compounds in water during emergency monitoring.
