摘　　要：物质的制备是化学硕士生在研究过程中的一个核心环节,涉及到多个研究方向。以4′-(5-甲酰基噻吩-2基-苯基)-2,2′:6′,2″-三联吡啶有机中间体的合成为例,依据学生的研究水平和基础,从课题的选择、实验方案设计两方面,以学生的实际问题为导向,阐述在实验实施过程中如何指导学生基于理论知识和文献调研对实验方案进行优化,指导学生分析问题出现的原因,引导学生寻求解决问题的办法及途径,以获得理想的实验效果。尤其使学生认识到实验方案设计的重要性,促进学生自主学习和深度学习,提高学生的应变能力、实验设计能力和研究能力,对研究生培养和学术发展具有一定的借鉴作用。The preparation of materials is a core step in the research process of master's students,which involves many research directions.Taking the synthesis of 4′-(5-formylthiophene-2ylphenyl)-2,2′:6′,2″-tripyridine organic intermediate as an example,based on students' research level and foundation,from the two aspects of topic selection and experimental scheme design,guided by students' practical problems,how to guide students to optimize the experimental scheme based on theoretical knowledge and literature research was explained,the causes of problems were analyzed,and solutions and ways to achieve ideal experimental results in the process of experimental implementation were put forwavd.Especially,it helped students realize the importance of experimental scheme design,promoted students' independent learning and deep learning,improved students' adaptability,experimental design ability and research ability,and had a certain reference value for graduate training and academic development.
