摘　　要：铸牢中华民族共同体意识作为新时代党的民族工作的主线、民族地区各项工作的主线,需要不断汇聚民族复兴的磅礴力量,为全面建成社会主义现代化强国提供不竭动力。法治文化建设与铸牢中华民族共同体意识有着共同的文脉基因、共同的思想基础和共同的目标指向,法治文化的基本功能、基本内涵及其建设过程有助于铸牢中华民族共同体意识,中华民族共同体意识是法治文化建设的思想基础、指导法治文化建设的根本方向、激发法治文化建设的精神力量。为此,需要健全铸牢中华民族共同体意识的法治规范体系,加强重点领域铸牢中华民族共同体意识的执法,强化铸牢中华民族共同体意识的司法裁判论证,完善铸牢中华民族共同体意识的法治宣传教育体系。Forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation,as the principal line for the Party's ethnic work in the new era and for all work in ethnic areas,needs to accumulate continuously the vast strength for national rejuvenation,and provides endless power for fully building into a strong and modernized socialist country.The construction of legal culture and forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation share the common cultural origins,ideological underpinnings and target orientation.The fundamental functions,implications,and construction processes of legal culture contribute to forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation,and a sense of community for the Chinese nation,in turn,serves as the ideological foundation of legal culture construction,guides the fundamental direction of legal culture construction,and inspires the spiritual strength of legal culture construction.Therefore,it is imperative to improve the legal regulation system,strengthen the law enforcement in focus sectors,refine the judicial argumentation,and optimize the legal dissemination and education system for forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.
