摘　　要：目的:探究感知压力对大学生自杀意念的影响及其机制。方法:采用抑郁-焦虑-压力量表、Beck自杀意念量表、五因素正念量表和生命活力量表对1576名大学生进行问卷调查。结果:(1)感知压力正向显著预测自杀意念(β=0.67,P<0.001),且生命活力在两者之间起部分中介作用;(2)正念和生命活力在感知压力与自杀意念之间起链式中介作用。结论:感知压力既可以直接影响自杀意念,也可以通过生命活力的单独中介效应以及正念-生命活力的链式中介效应间接影响自杀意念。Objective:To explore the chain mediating roles of mindfulness and subjective vitality between perceived stress and suicidal ideation.Methods:1576 college students were investigated by using the depression anxiety and stress scale,Beck scale for suicide ideation,five facet mindfulness questionnaire and subjective vitality scale.Results:(l)Per-ceived stress positively predicted suicidal ideation(β=0.67,P<0.001),and subjective vitality played a mediating role between perceived stress and suicidal ideation;(2)Mindfulness and subjective vitality played a chain mediating roles between perceived stress and suicidal ideation.Conclusion:Perceived stress not only directly predicts suicidal ideation,but also indirectly affects suicidal ideation through the chain mediating effect of mindfulness and subjective vitality.
