高等教育普及化阶段加强高校学生学业管理的思考

摘　　要：当前我国高等教育已经进入普及化发展阶段,且普及化进程不断推进。在这一阶段加强高校学生学业管理,不仅有利于促进学生学业发展,提高人才培养质量,而且有利于培养高质量人才,满足经济社会发展需求。随着高等教育规模的不断扩大,高校学生学业管理工作在实践过程中面临学业管理理念滞后、普及化学业管理标准宽松、学业管理人员不足、学业管理方式落后等问题。为加强高等教育阶段学生学业管理,高校应更新学业管理理念,提高学业管理标准,充实学业管理队伍,优化学业管理方式。At present,China's higher education has entered the development stage of popularization,and the process of popularization continues to push forward.Strengthening the academic management of college students at this stage is not only conducive to promoting the academic development of students and improving the quality of personnel training,but also conducive to cultivating high-quality talents to meet the needs of economic and social development.With the continuous expansion of the scale of higher education,the academic management of college students faces some problems in the practice,including the lagging concept of academic management,the loose standards of academic management,the shortage of academic management personnel,and the backward methods of academic management.In order to strengthen the academic management of students in the popularizationstage of higher education,colleges and universities should update the idea of academic management,improve the standards of academic management,enrich the team of academic management,and optimize the mode of academic management.
