摘 要:针对某型核心机起动过程中转速异常下降、燃气涡轮出口总温偏高和起动时间偏长的问题,分析了影响核心机起动性能的因素。结合试验数据和性能计算模型,提出了核心机起动过程供油规律的优化方案。试验结果表明,优化供油规律,可以有效解决核心机起动过程中转速异常下降的问题,降低燃气涡轮出口总温,缩短起动时间,提高核心机的起动性能。In view of the abnormal decline of revolution,the high total temperature of the gas turbine exit and the long starting time during the starting process of a core engine,several factors affecting the starting-up performance of the core engine are analyzed.Combining the performance calculating model with the experimental data,the optimization scheme of starting-up fuel-supplying law was proposed in this paper,and experiment results showed that,by optimizing the starting-up fuel-supplying law,it is able to avoid the abnormal decline of revolution during the starting process,decrease the total temperature of the gas turbine exit and the starting time,which can improve the starting performance of the core engine.
