摘  要:近些年来,公众对于自身健康的关注以及体育意识的不断提高推动了功能食品的发展。运动饮料作为一种营养补充剂可以为机体快速补充水分和能量,对于维持运动人员的水分平衡以及提高运动表现十分有效。运动饮料的营养物质通常包括无机盐、碳水化合物以及维生素等,这些物质可以促进身体恢复,防止疲劳。其中胶原肽作为一种小分子物质,有着独特的氨基酸序列,具备改善人体健康、提高运动效果的能力。虽然运动饮料行业市场不断扩大,生产技术不断发展,资金投入也不断增加,但行业仍面临着诸多挑战,如缺乏创新、研究不深入等问题。本文深入探讨了各种营养成分的运动饮料的补液机制,以及胶原肽在运动过程中的作用和效果,期望通过这些研究,满足市场对运动饮料日益增长的需求,并为胶原肽运动饮料的研究提供参考。In recent years,the public's concern for their own health and the increasing awareness of sports have driven the de-velopment of functional foods.Sports drinks,as a kind of nutritional supplement,can rapidly replenish water and energy for the body,which is very important for maintaining the water balance of sports personnel and improving sports performance.The nu-trients in sports drinks usually include electrolytes,carbohydrates and vitamins,etc.,which can promote body recovery and prevent fatigue.Among them,collagen peptide,as a small molecule with unique amino acids,has the ability to improve human health and athletic performance.Although the market of sports drink industry is expanding,production technology is developing and capital investment is increasing.However,it also faces many difficulties,such as lack of innovation and insufficient in-depth research.This paper discusses the rehydration mechanism of sports drinks with various nutrients as well as the role and effect of collagen peptides during exercise to meet the growing demand for sports drinks,expecting to provide research clues for the study of collagen peptide sports drinks.
