摘  要:寡糖是指由糖苷键连接的2~10个单糖的糖类化合物,种类繁多,分为普通寡糖和功能性寡糖两类,具有抗菌、抗氧化、调节免疫、改善肠道菌群等多种生理功能。功能性寡糖作为饲料添加剂在反刍动物生产中发挥着重要作用,应用前景广阔。文章简要综述了功能性寡糖的理化性质、代谢途径及其在反刍动物中的应用,旨在为功能性寡糖在畜牧生产中的应用提供理论参考。Oligosaccharide is a carbohydrate compound composed of 2-10 monosaccharides linked by glycosidic bonds. It is divided into ordinary oligosaccharides and functional oligosaccharides, which has various physiological functions such as antibacterial, antioxidant, immune regulation, and improvement of intestinal flora. As feed additives, functional oligosaccharides play an important role in ruminant production and have broad application prospects. In this study, the physicochemical properties, metabolic pathway and application of functional oligosaccharides in ruminants were briefly reviewed, providing basic reference for the application of functional oligosaccharides in ruminant feed.
