摘 要:为了实现牧草型菊芋新品种选育充实菊芋种质资源库,试验以从俄罗斯引进的菊芋种质资源R4中选育成的牧草型菊芋新品种廊芋25号及廊芋19号、廊芋20号、廊芋21号、廊芋22号、廊芋23号、廊芋24号为供试育种材料,以青芋2号为对照品种,进行了产量与营养品质测定;以鲜秸秆和块茎产量为目标进行同异比较分析,并对廊芋25号菊芋秸秆粉和菊芋全粉进行营养成分测定。结果表明:廊芋25号茎叶粗蛋白含量为20.41%,比青芋2号高68.68%;茎叶粗脂肪和粗纤维含量均最高,分别为3.79%、34.88%;鲜秸秆产量为5565.86 kg/亩(1亩≈667 m^(2)),块茎产量为3521.05 kg/亩,分别比青芋2号高26.21%、63.02%。以廊芋25号鲜秸秆和块茎产量为目标的同异联系度均最高,分别为0.8170,0.8600。廊芋25号菊芋秸秆粉干物质含量高,并富含中性洗涤纤维(≥53.00%);全粉中含有糖(65.200%)、粗蛋白(9.810%)、微量元素及16种氨基酸,还含有少量黄酮。说明廊芋25号是一个优良的牧草型特性菊芋新品种,适宜作为畜禽日粮原料。In order to realize the breeding of new variety of Jerusalem artichoke as a pasture type and enrich the germplasm bank of Jerusalem artichoke,new varieties of Jerusalem artichoke(Langyu 25,Langyu 19,Langyu 20,Langyu 21,Langyu 22,Langyu 23 and Langyu 24)as a pasture type selected from the germplasm resource R4 of Jerusalem artichoke introduced from Russia were the breeding material,and Qingyu 2 was used as the control variety.The yield and nutritional quality were determined.With the yield of fresh straw and tuber as the target,a comparative analysis of similarities and differences was performed.At the same time,the nutritional composition of the stalk powder and the whole meal of Langyu 25 was determined.The results showed that the crude protein content of stem and leaf in Langyu 25 was 20.41%,which was 68.68%higher than that of Qingyu 2.The crude fat and crude fiber contents of stem and leaf were the highest,3.79%and 34.88%,respectively.The yield of fresh straw was 5565.86 kg/mu(1 mu≈667 m^(2))and tuber was 3521.05 kg/mu,which were 26.21%and 63.02%higher than that of Qingyu 2.With the yield of fresh straw and tuber in Langyu 25 as the target,the similarity and difference correlation were the highest,reaching 0.8170 and 0.8600,respectively.Its Jerusalem artichoke straw powder had high dry matter content and rich neutral washing fiber(≥53.00%).The whole powder contained sugar(65.200%),crude protein(9.810%),trace elements and 16 kinds of amino acids,and also contained a small amount of flavonoids.The results indicated that Langyu 25 was an excellent forage characteristic new variety of Jerusalem artichoke,which was suitable to be used as feedstock for livestock and poultry.
