摘 要:cell-in-cell(CIC)是指一个或多个活细胞进入到另一个活细胞中,形成细胞套叠结构并产生生物学效应的过程。早在100年前这一现象就已经被发现,但直到近10年才引起重视。随着研究的深入,人们发现CIC现象存在于许多生物系统和疾病中,在进化、发育、稳态和疾病中具有重要的生理和病理意义,尤其在肿瘤中具有重要的临床研究价值。目前有5种已知的CIC结构形式:cell canibalism、phagoptosis、enclysis、entosis和emperipolesis。本文就上述5种CIC结构的细胞构成类型、生物学特性、分子机制、病理生理学特点等进行综述,以期更好地认识这一现象,探讨CIC现象在人类疾病诊断、治疗和预后中潜在的临床意义。Cell-in-cell(CIC)is a phenomenon described as the active infiltration of one or more living cells into another living cell,forming intracellular structures and producing biological effects.This phenomenon was first observed and detailed in the early 20th century.However,it has only become an active area of research in cell biology in the past decade.As research advanced,scientists gradually recognized that the phenomenon of CIC exists in many biological systems and diseases,and has important physiological and pathological significance in evolution,development,homeostasis,and diseases,especially in tumors,which has important clinical research value.Currently,five forms of CIC structures have been identified:cell cannibalism,phagoptosis,enclysis,entosis,and emperipolesis.Each form represents a distinct interaction between cells,characterized by unique cell types,biological characteristics,molecular mechanisms,and implications in pathophysiology.This article aims to review the cell types involved in each CIC structure,their biological characteristics and the molecular mechanisms driving these interactions,and to explore the potential clinical significance in the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of human diseases.
