摘　　要：阐述一套以PLC为控制核心的柔性电路板视觉检测控制系统的设计,可以对柔性电路板进行多个位置的检测,并对电路板拍照提取相关数据,通过与标准电路板对比确定电路板是否存在缺陷。This paper describes the design of a flexible circuit board visual inspection and control system with PLC as the control core.It can detect multiple positions of the flexible circuit board and extract relevant data by taking photos of the circuit board.It determines whether the circuit board has defects by comparing it with a standard circuit board.
