摘　　要：阐述基于智能算法的电费计量技术特点,介绍智能系统的设计与架构,包括系统需求分析、数据采集与处理模块设计、抄表与核收算法选择与优化。探讨电费抄表、电费核收算法的优化方法。This paper expounds the characteristics of electricity metering technology based on intelligent algorithms,introduces the design and architecture of intelligent systems,including system requirement analysis,data acquisition and processing module design,meter reading and verification algorithm selection and optimization.It explores optimization methods for electricity meter reading and billing algorithms.
