摘　　要：阐述变电运维技术管理中的风险控制点,包括绝缘老化、接触不良、机械损伤,从加强变电站的安全管理、优化设备故障处理方式、加强变电设备日常维护与保养方面,提出预控对策。This paper expounds the risk control points in the management of substation operation and maintenance technology,including insulation aging,poor contact,and mechanical damage.It proposes preventive measures from strengthening the safety management of substations,optimizing equipment fault handling methods,and enhancing the daily maintenance and upkeep of substation equipment.
