摘　　要：阐述电力调度中的安全风险原因,提出调度安全管理措施,包括实施智能化调度支持系统、加强综合安全管理体系建设,并从合理调控无功电力、严格监督电压质量方面,探讨电能质量控制策略。This paper expounds the safety risks in power dispatching,proposes safety management measures for power dispatching,including implementing intelligent dispatching support systems,strengthening the construction of comprehensive safety management systems,and exploring power quality control strategies from the aspects of reasonable regulation of reactive power and strict supervision of voltage quality.
