摘 要:当前,联合培养研究生是产教融合背景下科技创新人才的常见培养模式,也是提升研究生培养质量的有效途径。文章围绕制度体系、管理模式、奖助机制以及生活保障等方面总结了近年来江苏省农业科学院联合培养研究生管理工作的探索与实践,分析了当前形势下管理工作暴露出来的突出问题,从加快管理工作的信息化建设、健全导师评价体系以及加强辅导员队伍建设等方面提出了高质量推动联合培养研究生管理工作的对策,以期为科研单位推动研究生协同创新培养提供参考。At present,joint training of graduate students is a common training mode for scientific and technological innovative talents under the background of integration of production and education,and it is also an effective way to improve the quality of graduate education.This paper summarizes the exploration and practice of joint graduate management training in Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences in recent years from the aspects of system,management mode,grant mechanism and living security,and analyzes the prominent problems exposed in the management work under the current situation.From the aspects of speeding up the information construction of management work,perfecting the evaluation system of tutors and strengthening the construction of the team of counselors,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to promote the joint training of graduate management with high-quality,in order to provide reference for scientific research institutions to promote the collaborative innovation training of graduate students.
