摘 要:帕金森病(PD)是第二大常见的神经退行性疾病,其发病隐匿,临床上尚无有效的治愈手段。帕金森病的早期诊断有助于在出现明显的临床症状之前开始干预,从而延缓病情的发展,达到更好的治疗效果,提高患者的生活质量。唾液的获取具有无创、廉价的优势,近年来成为越来越受关注的用于疾病诊断的生物标志物来源。本文综述了近年来的用于帕金森病诊断的唾液生物标志物的研究进展,包括α-synuclein、DJ-1、HO-1和AChE等。其中,对于α-synuclein的研究最为深入,研究结果较为一致,有希望成为潜在的诊断PD的生物标志物。Parkinson’s disease(PD)is the second most common neurodegenerative disease.PD has an insidious onset,and there is currently no effective cure for it in clinical practice.Early diagnosis of PD is necessary to begin treatment before the onset of obvious clinical symptoms,so as to slow down the progression of the disease,achieve better treatment effects,and improve the quality of life of patients.In recent years,due to the advantages of non invasive and inexpensive methods of saliva collection,saliva has gained more attention as a source of biomarkers for the diagnosis of diseases.This review aims to provide an insight into the research progress on salivary biomarkers used in the diagnosis of PD,such asαsynuclein,DJ-1,HO-1 and AChE.Among them,the research onαsynuclein is the most intensive and has yielded relatively consistent results,indicating that salivaryαsynuclein has the potential to become a diagnostic biomarker for PD.
