摘　　要：新发每日持续性头痛(NDPH)是一种患者可以确定他们头痛开始的确切日期、突然发作的持续性头痛,是罕见的最难治疗的原发性头痛之一,并且可能对个体高度致残,严重影响日常生活及工作。NDPH的确切发病机制尚不明确,其治疗充满困难。本文报道1例应用亚麻醉剂量艾司氯胺酮静脉注射治疗难治性NDPH的个案。New daily persistent headache(NDPH)is a kind of persistent headache that patients can identify the exact date of the sudden onset.It is one of the rare primary headaches difficult to be cured and may lead to disability,seriously affecting the daily life and work.The exact pathogenesis of NDPH remains unclear,which makes the treatment difficult.Here we report a case of refractory NDPH treated by intravenous injection of esketamine at a sub-anesthetic dose.
